Holi Guidelines: ଦୋଳ ମେଳଣ ଏବଂ ହୋଲି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ଲାଗିଲା କଟକଣା

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର: ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ କରୋନା (Covid-19) ସଂକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଆଗାମୀ ଦୋଳ ମେଳଣ ଓ ହୋଲି (Holi) ଖେଳ ଉପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର କଟକଣା ଜାରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। କଟକଣା ଭିତରେ ଏହାକୁ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି।

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ରିଲିଫ କମିଶନରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଅନୁସାରେ ଦୋଳ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ଜନସମାଗମକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦିଆଯିବନାହିଁ। ୨୦୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସେହିଭଳି ଦୋଳ ବିମାନ ଯାତ୍ରାବେଳେ ୧୦ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ରହିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସେହିପରି ମନ୍ଦିର ଓ ଧର୍ମାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ପରମ୍ପରା ଅନୁସାରେ ଦୋଳ ଉତ୍ସବ କୋଭିଡ କଟକଣା ମାନି ପାଳନ କରାଯିବ। ଜିଲାପାଳ ବା ମହାନଗର କମିଶନରଙ୍କ ଅନୁମତିକ୍ରମେ ସୀମିତ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଦୋଳ ମେଲଣ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ।

ସେହିପରି ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୮ ଓ ୨୯ ତାରିଖରେ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ହୋଲି ଉତ୍ସବ ପାଳନକୁ ନିଷିଦ୍ଧ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଲୋକମାନେ ନିଜ ଘରେ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହ ହୋଲି ଉତ୍ସବ ପାଳନ କରିପାରିବେ। ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଜିଲାପାଳ ବା ମହାନଗର କମିଶନର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ କଟକଣା ଲଗାଇପାରିବେ। ସେହିଭଳି ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଘରେ ରହି ହୋଲି ଖେଳିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। କରୋନା ସଂକ୍ରମଣକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଏହିଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଜଣାପଡିଛି

ସେହିପରି ଦୋଳ ମେଳଣରେ ଡିଜେ ଓ ଶୋଭାଯାତ୍ରା (Procession) ହେବନାହିଁ। ମେଳଣରେ ମାଇକ୍, ଡିଜେ (DJ) କୁ ଅନୁମତି ନାହିଁ। ଦୋଳ ମେଳଣ ବେଳେ କୌଣସି ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବନାହିଁ। ଜାରି ଗାଇଡଲାଇନ ଉଲଂଘନ କଲେ କଡା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଚେତାବନୀ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
