Covid19 Odisha Update: କରୋନା ପାଇଁ କଟକଣା କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର: ଆଜି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ (Naveen Patnaik) ଭିଡିଓ କନ୍‌ଫରେନ୍‌ସିଂ ଜରିଆରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର କରୋନା (Covid-19) ସ୍ଥିତିର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ କେତେକ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଦ୍ରୁତ ଗତିରେ ବିଗିଡିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛି। ଏବେଠାରୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧମୂଳକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନ ନେଲେ, ଆମ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟ ଘୋର ବିପଦର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବ ବୋଲି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସତର୍କ କରାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲାଗୁଡିକ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ନେତୃବୃନ୍ଦ, ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଓ ଧାର୍ମିକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଆଦି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଓ ସଂସ୍ଥାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସଚେତନତା ଓ ବୈଠକ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଗାଁ, ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ହାଟ ଓ ଭିଡ ପରିଲକ୍ଷିତ ହେଉଥିବା ମାର୍କେଟରେ ଡାକବାଜି ଯନ୍ତ୍ର ଜରିଆରେ ସମସ୍ତ ନିୟମାବଳୀ ଓ ଜରୁରୀ ସୂଚନା ସଂପର୍କରେ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଘୋଷଣା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୈଠକରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗର ସଚିବ, ଜିଲ୍ଳାପାଳ, ପୁଲିସ ବିଭାଗର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ ଏସପିମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି।  

କରୋନା ପାଇଁ କଟକଣା କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର। ନୂଆ କଟକଣା ନେଇ ସ୍ଵତନ୍ତ୍ର ରିଲିଫ୍‌ କମିଶନରଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦେଶନାମା ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି। ବାହାଘରରେ ଲୋକସଂଖ୍ୟା ୫୦୦ ବଦଳରେ ୨୦୦କୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଶବଦାହ ସଂସ୍କାର, ଶୁଦ୍ଧକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଏଣିକି ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୫୦ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିଛି ଅନୁମତି।  ଏଥିସହିତ ବାହାଘର ଓ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ମାସ୍କ ପିନ୍ଧିବାକୁ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଅତିଥି ମାସ୍କ ପରିଧାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି କି ନାହିଁ ପ୍ରବେଶ ପଥରେ ଯାଞ୍ଚ ହେବ। ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଅତିଥି ମାସ୍କ ପିନ୍ଧି ନ ଥିବେ ତାହେଲେ ଆୟୋଜକଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମାସ୍କ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସ୍ଥଳରେ ସାମାଜିକ ଦୂରତାକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯିବ। ସେହିପରି ଥର୍ମାଲ ସ୍କି୍ନିଂର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବ। ହାତଧୋଇବା ପାଇଁ ସାବୁନ ଓ ପାଣି ଏବଂ ସାନିଟାଇଜର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯିବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ କୋଭିଡ୍ ନିୟମ ପାଳନ ଜରୁରୀ।ନିୟମକୁ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କଲେ କଡ଼ା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ଏହାଛଡ଼ା ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ଫେରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନଜର ରଖିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ନୂଆ କଟକଣା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୬ରୁ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।
